A Pilot Banned of Mistreating Air Hostess

Kathmandu, Feb. 27: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has banned a pilot on the charge of mistreating an air hostess. He is associated with the Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC).

The pilot was on a flight (RA-416) of the NAC flying to Kathmandu from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The incident took place on 28 July 2022.

The CAAN Spokesperson Jagannath Niraula said that it acted on a complaint filed following the incident.   In relation to the incident, the CAAN has prevented all other crew members on the flight also from flying. The name of the suspect will not be disclosed until investigations conclude.
