Kathmandu, Mar 4: Khumaltar FC defeated Friends Club 1-0 in its beginning match at the Martyr’s Memorial ‘A’ Division League on Friday. Messouke Oloumou scored the goal.
Church Boys United Club will meet Nepal Police Club at Chyasal Stadium, Lalitpur and APF Club will face Three Star Club at Dashrath Stadium, Kathmandu at 2:30 PM whereas Manang Marsyandgi Club takes on Himalayan Sherpa Club at Dashrath Stadium, Kathmandu at 5:30 PM today.
The winner, first runner-up, second runner-up and fair play team of the league will get Rs. 7.5 million, Rs. 5 million, Rs. 2.5 million and Rs. 300,000 respectively.
Similarly, the most valuable player, highest goal scorer and best goalkeeper, and rising players of the league will receive Rs. 300,000, RS. 200,000 each and Rs.150,000 each in that order.
Likewise, the winner, draw and man of the match of each match of the league will take Rs. 50,000, Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 10,000 correspondingly.
