Tickets Open for NIFF

Kathmandu, Mar. 7: Tickets for the sixth edition of the Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF) have been opened since Monday. It will be held from March 16 to 20.

In the press statement, the organizer, Nepal Film and Cultural Academy, informed that the tickets can be booked from the Khalti App. The films selected for the festival will be screened in the four QFX cinema halls in Kathmandu. They are at Chhaya Centre and Civil Mall in Kathmandu, Labim Mall in Lalitpur and QFX Hall in Bhaktapur.

95 films from 35 countries have been selected from over 500 entries from 55 countries for the festival. The festival will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘ Prachanda’ at Civil Mall in Kathmandu.  There will be competitions of national and international features, shorts, and documentary films. 14 awards will be given to the winners.
