Kathmandu, Apr. 4: The government has reduced the price of different petroleum products.
According to the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), the price of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel is decreased by Rs. 10 per litre while the price of petrol is reduced by Rs. 3.
The NOC has issued a notice by saying that the price of petrol is now fixed Rs. 175 per litre while price of diesel and kerosene is Rs. 165. Similarly, the price of aviation fuel for the internal flight is Rs. 160 per litre.
A meeting of the NOC board of directors decided to cut the price of petroleum products after the import rate was lowered from Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).
