Kathmandu, May 10: Police arrested two more persons from Baneswor, Kathmandu in a fraud of sending people to the United States identifying them as Bhutanese refugee.
According to the Spokesperson at the Kathmandu Valley Investigation Office and Superintendent of Police (SP) Rabindra Regmi, these people are Ram Sharan KC, living in Tokha, Kathmandu, and Govinda Chaudhary from Morang district. They were handed over to the District Police Range, Kathmandu for further investigation and action against them.
The District Police Range is currently investigating into the incident by filing a charge against them under organized crime. The police was given 2 months to investigate the incident.
Police said that they were searching for CPN (UML)’s secretary and former minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi to whom an arrest warrant has been issued. Rayamajhi is out of contact.
