The Nepal National Women’s Football team will be captained by Renuka Nagarkote in the 19th Asian Games women’s football.
Earlier Renuka was out of the National team for almost 4 months due to her neck bone fracture. It was on last april when Renuka returned to the national team in the Women’s Olympic Asian Qualifiers.
Renuka was handed over the captain armband after Niru Thapa’s retirement which was further continued by the goalkeeper Anjila Tumbappo Subba in her absence.
